Rev. Moffett is the oldest of nine children born in Chicago to Opal and Shelby 
McDougal Jr. Both parents were loving, supportive, courageous and hard-workers.
 
Rev.Moffett holds a Master Degree in Guidance and Counseling and has held
various positions at Ingalls Hospital, Jackson Park Hospital and Vision Psychological Services.

Rev. Moffett holds a certificate in Theology from Interdenominational Institute of Training
and various certificates of completon for workshops ,seminars and evangelism
training since being called to ministry in 1996.

Rev. Moffett gives God all the Glory and Honor for the great things he has done
in her life and the life of her family through His wonderful church, Carter
Temple CME church and the rich, fruitful ministry of Pastor Allen Page III.
